On World AIDS Day, we pause to honor every life touched by HIV—those we have lost, those living and thriving with HIV, and the countless families, caregivers, and providers who continue to show strength, courage, and love.
For 27 years, LIGHT Health & Wellness has remained deeply committed to our mission:
to promote health, wellness, and education for children, families, and individuals impacted by health and social disparities.
This mission guides our work every day as we stand with communities disproportionately affected by HIV, ensuring they receive the compassion, dignity, and equitable care they deserve.
This year’s theme, “Putting Ourselves to the Test: Achieving Equity to End HIV,” reminds us that progress requires persistence. It calls us to challenge stigma, expand access to prevention and treatment, and make equity not just a goal—but a standard.
As we reflect on nearly three decades of service, we reaffirm our dedication to:
