Northstar Baltimore Northstar Baltimore is a free after school tutoring and mentoring program for students in Southeast Baltimore City.

Students are offered weekly one-on-one tutoring sessions and monthly group mentoring events. Northstar Baltimore is modeled after the highly successful, Project Northstar in Washington, DC. NB is a free after school tutoring and mentoring program for elementary and middle school students in Southeast Baltimore City. Children who grow up without one or more parent are statistically more likely to p

erform worse in school and earn less as an adult. At Northstar Baltimore we believe that a statistic should not determine a child's fate. Join us, because you have the power to make a difference in a child's life.
