Community Development Network of Maryland CDN is a membership organization whose sole purpose is to promote, strengthen and advocate for Maryland's community development industry.

The Community Development Network of Maryland, Inc. (CDN) is a network of over 200 member organizations from across the state, including nonprofit, small developers and community-based organizations, as well as government and business partners. From Main Street groups to urban neighborhood organizations to rural towns, CDN is the voice of Maryland’s community development industry and works to stre

ngthen it by sharing information, training and resources; providing advocacy by representing the industry locally and in the General Assembly each year, and educating funders, legislators and the public about the important social and economic impact of this industry.
