LACC Foundation

LACC Foundation L.A.C.C. stands for "Loving As Christ Commands". After confirmation of the "Holy Spirit" through John 21:14 The L.A.C.C. stands for Loving as Christ Commands.

Foundation is my outward display of love to my God as well as an act of obedience to do what he called me to do. Life today is a lot different than what it was 50 years ago. In fact, life today looks a lot different from just 10 years ago. There are 7 billion people on this planet. Many are blessed to have more money than there are people on this earth. Some people’s net worth is more than enough

to give each person all they need to live over 7 lifetimes, but yet there is still LACC amongst us. In the word, it mentions the poor we will always have with us. This doesn’t mean that we don’t make an effort to make a difference where we can. The L.A.C.C. Foundation was formulated out of a compassionate heart for those who possess a need in any of the areas that we deem life’s necessities. As the Founder of The L.A.C.C. Foundation, I was born with a compassionate heart for the less fortunate and a passion to cook and serve people good food. I thought my passion for cooking originated from my Grandfather Monroe Flowers and my Great Grandmother Hattie Rouse Lawson. They each seemed to stay in the kitchen almost 7 days a week making large meals from scratch for their families and large gatherings. As I got older, I began to realize this is part of my purpose and perhaps what God has called me to do. While living in North Carolina, I had a vision to feed the less fortunate in the Raleigh-Durham area. That was my plan and completely based on my personal timing; however, it turns out this was neither God’s plan nor timing resulting in just an idea. I often visited the idea of this mission, but things never took off. Several months later our family relocated to the Baltimore, Maryland area as my husband was assigned a new property in his field of work. One day while riding in the car, I was listening to the radio and this preacher said, “That which constantly comes up in your heart was placed there by God for you to do something about it”. At that moment the desire to start the mission came back and I knew I had to see it through. I had no idea how or when, but I had to do it. On December 1, 2012, The L.A.C.C. Foundation was officially birthed with help from my husband Juan Webster, daughter Morgan Webster and a few associates from the Sheraton Baltimore City Center Hotel. I finally birthed the mission called to me by God. After seeking his face on this Foundation, The Lord said to me, “Daughter if you love Me feed my lambs.” He then said, “Beloved, if you love Me, shepherd my sheep.” Then a third time, I heard Him speak. He said, “Kisha if you love me, feed My sheep.” After confirmation of the "Holy Spirit" through John 21:14 The L.A.C.C.

Greetings. We are heeded back to serve in Africa in one of the most beautiful locations in the World. Due to the global pandemic we have been separated from our annual Mission Trip to East Africa for two years. Thanks to Pastor, Visionare and Leader Noland Henson and the Kenya With Love Foundation we are excited to return next week.

Many of you have expressed interest in support of our upcoming mission to 🇰🇪 Kenya. I am incredibly humbled by your thoughtfulness as well as a fresh opportunity for us to impact the world. I am most excited that this upcoming mission I get to share with my wife Kisha Webster, who will travel to Africa for the very first time.

We embark on this journey to Nairobi Kenya February 7th-15th 2022. It’s no secret that we love to serve, but this is truly what it means to have your territory enlarged. I first traveled to Africa in August 2019 and it was a personal goal to serve abroad. After the mission, I returned with an open heart and renewed purpose for humanity. I’ve been eager to serve abroad and from a different angle. After intimately being involved with Baltimore, Charlotte, Atlanta and Durham over the past several years through homeless outreach, local community and civic engagement and spreading LOVE in doses large and small. This Mission Trip will strengthen and widen the message of feeding in the moment. Ultimately to Love As Christ Commands which is what we set out to do almost 10 years ago with the birth the LACC Foundation.

The purpose of this upcoming mission is to evangelize, provide resources, educate, teach, share love and hope with all that will receive our message in rural and inner metro Nairobi including the slum villages. There is great intentionality around how we serve the children, students, orphanages, churches, villages, prisons and parishes that we will serve. Our team of volunteers will be ministering to both the physical and spiritual needs of the people.

Separately while there, I have been forwarded an opportunity to serve a specific arm of engagement around hospitality. This gives me the chance to work with several colleges and universities with Hotel, Restuarant, Culinary, Hospitality and Tourism curriculums about global opportunities with Montage International and Sagamore Pendry Baltimore. Hospitality is my true passion and I am incredibly honored to serve in this capacity and my preferred ministry.

I am writing to request your prayers and financial support. Please pray for the preparedness of the team; pray for the people we will be ministering to; and pray for the souls of the Kingdom. Whoever we meet and serve, we want to IMPACT in a special, genuine and intentional way.

The cost of this mission’s journey is $4500 but does not include personal gifting or specific gestures as I was able to do during the last mission. Any contribution you can make would be greatly appreciated and utilized to fully support those in need. We have Venmo, ApplePay, Cashapp and Paypal as convenient options to share your support. You can message us directly for more information. Thank you in advance. We look forward to sharing the journey with you!

Serving is always the most rewarding experience for us. Truly looking forward to what 2021 brings! Kisha Webster and I are excited!!!!

What started as a kind gesture by my Uncle William “Pig” Cummings (Aunt Donna Cummings Husband) turned into a holiday blessing from Reidsville North Carolina to Baltimore Maryland ultimately expanding to Nairobi Kenya through the hearts, minds and mouths of many. Thank you Mr. Nathan Rich for sowing a seed into LACC Foundation on behalf of Uncle Pig. Read Mr. Rich’s compelling letter sent to me late last year. I love you Uncle Pig. What’s understood doesn’t have to be explained.

Not only did my family enjoy serving but the opportunity gave my wife and daughter the chance to revisit and relive the infant stages how LACC was founded in which they played a huge role. After sharing this story with a few close friends, one friend in particular wanted to do more which led to a total outpouring of love. Thank you E.L. Hudson for your obedience to what God laid on your heart and your push to impact the less fortunate. Special shout out to the Carolina Old East Crew for pouring into the mission and building good vibes for many years to come. You men are the behind the scenes MVPs.

We started in Baltimore with about 50-70 hot Meals, then quickly moved through the region to support a few utility bills and groceries through the help and coordination of our great friend Joy McCall. We love you and we thank you Joy!

Then the mission across the globe came to fruition.

To our friend Wanjiru Njenga Alice in Nairobi, Kenya, Thank you sister for all of your time, patience and commitment to coordinating the village feast. This was amazing and so incredible to connect with many of the kids I met on I5 City 2019 Mission Trip. It’s so great to have friends from far far away that we know we can count on to take care of God’s children. I’m so grateful for you and unto you.
LACC Foundation, Kisha Webster and I are excited about what this year will bring and we thank you for ending 2020 and starting 2021 with a powerful yet humbling mission. The best is yet to come. God is Getting ready to Revive our efforts and impact through LACC!
