Enliven Baltimore’s programs and workshops are dedicated to the enrichment of Baltimore community members. Enliven INC’s mission is to provide quality newly rehabilitated homes to native Baltimore city/county residents at an affordable price. We envision the restoration of the core community principles through our real estate development. We also project an increase in community pride and unity through home ownership and provided tools for enhanced social welfare. Baltimore city/county communities have gone through a real estate depression, leaving certain parts of Baltimore in a vacancy blight. Project Enliven First Time Homeowners Program is dedicated to the revitalization of Baltimore communities with quality home owners to rebuild OUR city. Project Enliven workshops will specifically be dedicated to the enhancement of first time homeowners native to Baltimore city/county. Research has shown that neighborhoods with poor quality housing and living conditions increase stress and depression of residents within the area. will strategically target blocks and neighborhoods that will catalyze property appreciating property and community value through revitalization. Rehabilitated housing provided through Project Enliven First Time Homeowners Program will be located in up and coming Baltimore city blocks with little to no vacancies to increase community stabilization.
