📞 RESERVES & Assignment Notification!

Phone calls from Scheduling notifying you of an assignment on reserve are now defaulted to an AUTOMATED call, please make sure you save the new number from scheduling to your phone so you don’t unintentionally miss an assignment notification.

Automated calls are the primary method of contact during your liable for contact hours while on Reserve. Text messages and push notifications on your personal device will be secondary.

“A Reserve Flight Attendant will provide Crew Scheduling with a primary contact number and may provide up to two (2) alternate contact number(s). A Reserve shall be notified of (their) assignment(s) via (their) primary contact number(s) via the system. If a Flight Attendant has contact numbers with voice activation capabilities, Crew Scheduling or the system will leave a voice message. Reserve Flight Attendants will be responsible to utilize the system to acknowledge receipt of the assignment within twenty (20) minutes of Crew Scheduling’s original contact.” (Article 11.4.A)

Also, check your phone settings and ensure you don’t have 800 blocked. And add back up contact numbers as well.

Important to stay informed, read your emails and RBFs to avoid a UTC!

🇺🇸 Memorial Day = Holiday Pay

Memorial Day is not only a day to honor and remember those who gave their lives in service to our country — it is also one of our Contractual paid holidays under our Pink Contract.

If you are scheduled to work a pairing that originates on Memorial Day (Monday, May 25, 2026), you will receive an additional 1x all TFP scheduled or worked as Holiday Pay. This premium is paid on top of applicable RIGs and appears in its own payroll bucket.

Reserves receive an additional 6.5 TFP or 1x all TFP worked — whichever is greater.

⚠️ Reminder: Holiday Pay is not paid for a sick call.

Our Union is aware of a known issue impacting the loading of Reserve on-call lines system-wide for the June 2026 bid period. Crew Planning is aware of the issue and is actively working toward a resolution.

At this time, the Company anticipates the issue will be resolved this evening.

Vacation Relief Lines are not impacted.
