If you’ve been wondering what Pathways to Stability is all about, join us today from 12:30–1:30 PM to learn more about the 16-week program, what participation looks like, and the support available along the way.
Pathways to Stability is designed to help participants build greater stability through case management, financial education, employment and resource navigation, wellness support, and assistance with barriers that may be getting in the way of progress.
Whether you’re ready to apply or just want to learn more first, we’d love to have you join us and bring your questions. 💛

Birthing Empowered is designed to support expecting and postpartum mothers with resources, education, wellness support, and assistance with everyday needs. Pathways to Stability is a 16 week program focused on building greater stability through financial education, resource navigation, wellness support, case management, and help addressing barriers along the way.

We’re so excited to officially open registration for Birthing Empowered and Pathways to Stability! 🌸🌿
These programs were created to respond to the different needs families and individuals may face in our community by providing meaningful support, practical resources, education, encouragement, and opportunities to build greater stability and well being.
Along with program registration, sign ups are also open for our upcoming virtual Q&A sessions where you can hear more about each program and ask questions before getting started.

From familiar faces to new friends, Faith’s Bread has already brought so many beautiful moments of care.

It was such a blessing to host our last two pop-ups on July 23rd and August 6th. We are so grateful for the opportunity to provide real support to individuals and families in our community, while also bringing smiles, encouragement, and a little extra hope along the way.

A special thank you to First Fruits Farm for providing fresh produce for our distributions, and to Wegmans Food Markets for supporting Faith’s Bread with gift cards that helped us hand out ready-to-eat sandwiches directly to community members.
Faith’s Bread was created to offer more than food. It is about showing up for our neighbors with dignity, care, and consistency.

We are excited to continue popping up at 1133 Penn Ave every first Thursday of the month, and we hope to see even more community members at our upcoming
distributions.

Thank you to everyone who has supported, shared, attended, donated, or helped make these first pop-ups possible.

Join Faith With Works tomorrow, August 6th at 1:30 PM, for our Faith’s Bread food distribution pop-up.
We will be providing food items to support individuals and families in our community. Please bring your own bags and boxes if possible so you can safely carry your items home.

Pathways to Stability is coming soon. 💚
This free 16 week financial and wellness empowerment program was created to help individuals and families move beyond immediate hardship and begin building long term stability.
Participants may receive dedicated case management, mental wellness support, monthly financial education, employment and resource navigation, personalized stability planning, and up to $200 per month in barrier removal assistance.
Financial assistance is based on documented need, active participation, and available funding.
Applications will be opening soon. Follow Faith With Works for enrollment updates and additional program details. 🤍
