The Johns Hopkins Minority Postdoc Alliance The Johns Hopkins Minority Postdoc Alliance was founded by the Policy & Advocacy Committee of the Johns Hopkins Postdoctoral Association.

The Johns Hopkins Minority Postdoc Alliance is the first of its kind at Hopkins to unite young professionals who are traditionally underrepresented within the biomedical research sciences and health care fields. Our goal is to enhance the minority postdoc experience at Johns Hopkins. We aim to identify the gaps in support for minority postdocs, and serve as a resource to fill those gaps by providing a sense of community and opportunities for professional development.
