Community Leaders: Please register to participate in the Mayor’s Fall Cleanup!
Mayor Brandon M. Scott, the Baltimore City Department of Public Works (DPW), and the Mayor's Office of Community Affairs (MOCA) are calling on residents, community associations, and volunteer groups to register now for the Mayor's Fall Clean-Up and Day of Service on Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 8 a.m.
How to Register for the Mayor's Fall Cleanup
Residents, volunteer groups, and community associations are encouraged to register now to participate in the citywide effort to beautify neighborhoods.
Registration Period: September 15, 2025 - October 17, 2025
How to Register:
• Interested in cleaning in your own community: Call 311 or register online at 311 website.
• Interested in volunteering at Mayoral location or preferred quadrant: Register at https://mayor.baltimorecity.gov/2025-annual-fall-cleanup .
Cleanup Supplies:
• Bag Pick-Up Begins September 10 at:
• 2840 Sisson Street - 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. - Monday-Saturday
• 111 Kane Street - 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. - Monday-Friday
• Service request number is required at pick-up. Please note: Multiple registrations from the same organization and/or address will not result in additional supplies.
• Community groups and neighborhood associations may request up to 50 bags; individual residents may receive up to 5 bags.
Cleanup Guidelines:
• Request Collection in Advance: Communities and residents who register their cleanup activities can request trash collection when registering. City trucks will be scheduled to pick up bagged trash at the designated location during the Mayor's Fall Cleanup.
• Bag It and Set It Out: Any trash or debris not collected during the Mayor's Fall Cleanup should be securely bagged and placed out with your regular weekly trash collection.
• Residential Drop-Off Centers: Residents may bring bagged trash to any Residential Recycling Drop-Off Center. Reminder: commercial vehicles are not permitted at these drop-off centers.
• No Bulk Collection or Roll-Offs Provided: Bulk items will not be collected, and roll-off dumpsters will not be provided for this event.
Volunteer Benefits:
• Student Service Hours: Students in grades 3-12 can earn Service-Learning Hours by participating in registered cleanup activities.
• Stormwater Fee Credits: Registered volunteers may earn up to $30 in annual stormwater fee credits by signing up through 311.
