Good news! Maryland's Tax Free Week starts this Sunday, 8/9 and runs through Saturday, 8/15.

Through MD Tax Free Week, most clothing and footwear items priced at $100 or less per item are exempt from Maryland's 6% sales tax. The first $40 of a backpack is also exempt from sales tax this week too. Learn about it here: https://business.maryland.gov/news/shop-tax-free-week-in-maryland/
