A major shift is happening in the college sports landscape. 🚨

Texas Tech QB Brendan Sorsby was granted a temporary injunction against the NCAA, allowing him to play this season despite a gambling ineligibility ruling.

As reported by CBS Sports, this legal win challenges the traditional framework of NCAA enforcement like never before—raising huge questions about student-athlete mental health, rules, accountability, and the legal rights of athletes in the modern era.
Our mission has always been about education, safety, and empowering student-athletes to navigate the college sports landscape successfully. But as the rules of the game change overnight, we have to look closely at what this means for the future of enforcement and athlete advocacy.

👇 We want to hear from you: How do you think this ruling will reshape college sports? Is the NCAA losing its grip on enforcement permanently? Let’s talk in the comments. 💭

Investing in the Dream vs. Protecting the Reality. 🏛️📈

Over the past seven years, I’ve worked with thousands of student-athletes and their families. If there’s one consistent theme I’ve noticed, it’s this: parents will spend whatever it takes on training, travel ball, and exposure—but they rarely stop to audit their financial protection plan. 📉⚖️

We need to redefine how we view life insurance. It isn't just about what happens at the end of a life; it’s about building an active, private safety net that guarantees your family’s financial security and insulates your child's future while you are still living.

When you treat your family like a front office, you stop leaving your legacy to chance. Let's make sure the foundation you're building is strong enough to support the massive dreams you're chasing. 🛡️💼
