RCI uses a holistic approach that is family-centered, focusing on the strengths of the child, foster parent, and biological family for empowerment. Our approach tries to be both flexible and intensive. Most importantly, we are a community-based agency, working with our foster children in their neighborhoods,
community centers, and schools. RCI provides a variety of services to its foster parents and foster children in order to enhance the quality of care given, such as: Case Management and Foster Parent Training, In-home Therapy, Tutors, Educational Coordinators, Recreational Therapists, Nutritionists, and 24-Assistance and Availability.
