Shay Sharpe's Pink Wishes We educate, advocate, support and fulfill wishes of young women and kids affected by breast cancer. Young women can and do get terminal breast cancer!

Shay Sharpe's Pink Wishes grants wishes to young women, age 40 and under, who have been diagnosed with terminal breast cancer. In addition to granting wishes, SSPW shares resources, mentors, educates, provides scholarships, participates in numerous community initatives and fills whatever void that may be had, by those who have been affected by breast cancer. Through community advocacy, across the

US and globally and on social media forums, we educate our peers on the importance of knowing your body. Although we share information on all aspects of breast cancer, including screening, access to care and early detection, our primary concentrations are young women and metastatic breast cancer.

God bless Oluwaseun Asade 🇳🇬🇺🇸 and all of the photographers and videographers that we have worked with during our past events. I can’t tell you how many times I have browsed our past event albums looking for photos for obituaries or memorabilia.

As soon as I think I have found all of my photos of India, I find more, along with photos of my aunts and past attendees that we could’ve used in their final moments as well. Yes, my past 9-10 months have been riddled with death, but I am forever thankful for all of the photos that have captured the moments and memories.

Take lots of pictures, as one day that is all that will remain. Print them out also! I remember India having so many photo albums at my house. I’m really gonna miss her. ~ Shay Sharpe
