Sunrise Movement brought the fire yesterday to New York City! Baltimore Sunrisers were among the 100-strong Baltimore crew that marched in a throng of 75,000 to demand President Joe Biden declare a . In the time he has left in his term, he can use his executive powers to and actually put the U.S. on track to avoid the worst effects of climate change. And we won't back down until he does!

"The U.S. became the world's largest gas producer in 2011 and the largest oil producer in 2018. ... And not just by a little, ... We make 20 percent of the world's oil compared to 12 percent from Saudi Arabia, and 24 percent of the world's gas compared to 18 percent from Russia." Makes it kind of hard to celebrate the Inflation Reduction Act. So maybe don't.
