EMS Corps is a national model that addresses the shortage of EMS workers and opens career pathways for young people who face systemic barriers to employment. The program is built on the belief that our communities' most capable healers and lifesavers are often those who have overcome adversity themselves.

To qualify, applicants must be 18 or older (we give preference to ages 18 to 24), have a high school diploma or GED, and hold a valid driver's license.

Applications are open, and we encourage people to apply early for priority consideration since spots are limited.

As Mental Health Awareness Month comes to a close, we’re sharing highlights from one of our recent HUT Professional Development (HUT PD) trainings. Together, we explored practical, brain based strategies that strengthen emotional regulation, healthy workplace relationships and overall wellbeing.

Staff expressed feeling energized, encouraged, and equipped with wellness tools they can use both personally and professionally. Everyone loved it and is looking forward to the next HUT PD session!
