As Mental Health Awareness Month comes to a close, we’re sharing highlights from one of our recent HUT Professional Development (HUT PD) trainings. Together, we explored practical, brain based strategies that strengthen emotional regulation, healthy workplace relationships and overall wellbeing.

Staff expressed feeling energized, encouraged, and equipped with wellness tools they can use both personally and professionally. Everyone loved it and is looking forward to the next HUT PD session!

Join us for a wellness-centered learning space grounded in evidence and culturally meaningful application of practical techniques families can use together to strengthen emotional regulation, healthy communication, and family wellbeing.

Each participating family receives an instant $50 self-care stipend via CashApp/PayPal/Zelle to help offset barriers to participation, such as preparing meals and household wellness needs. No registration required. Cameras on and active engagement are required. Participation per HUT Family session is limited to the first 5 families to help maintain a safe and connected space.
