To reveal that the number of books in a home is more influential on a child educational outcome than even the educational states of that child's parents. 42% of American children families lack the basic income to cover basic needs. These are families that are not buying books at retailers. 42 percent of kids whose families can't afford books. We aim to increases academic success of a child and the number of books owned by his or her parents.

Dr. King famously declared, “I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.” I would thank him for so eloquently endorsing the critical importance of character. I have addressed that matter many times myself over the years, including as a major theme in Are We Good Enough for Liberty?.
