Hands On Works (More detail on website). Hands On Works (HOW) is a non-profit organization based in Baltimore City and Howard County, Maryland.

HOW's Vision "To inspire change in our community, state, and nation so that all young people, regardless of race, gender, or socio-economic status, have access to the resources and opportunities that will allow them to thrive." HOW was created to place under-resourced and under-served students in internships within industries they are passionate about. We provide our student professionals with the

training, resources and opportunity to not only be successful at their internship sites but also in school, at home and within their communities.
