A Non-Profit organization that is serving the needs of the community and families in Metro Baltimore Eunice Casey was the inspiration for this organization.

After having her daughter, Leslie, Ms. Casey struggled in her adult life with mental illness and homelessness. But through the struggle, she was able to make it off the streets and live a productive life until her death in September 2000.

What a great day to have a meeting!!! Yesterday ECF had its bimonthly meeting and it was fire!!!! Planning the rest of the year and laying out 2027!! Which we can’t believe!!’ A lot of exciting things are happening!!! Can’t wait to share!! Every year we level up and this year is no different!! Thank you to our team and to Shiron who helped with the note taking!!
