SPARC Women's Center

SPARC Women's Center SPARC has been operating in Pigtown since 2017. We are a harm reduction focused drop by center and outreach program for non-men. No ID or insurance is required.

We are open for drop-by supply hours Monday-Thursday 11am-2pm and until 4pm for appointments. SPARC is committed to providing a comprehensive approach to address multiple needs of a marginalized population. To achieve these goals we have partnered with several different agencies that provide onsite clinical services, including the Baltimore City Health Department, Healthcare for the Homeless, Beha

vioral Health Leadership Institute, and Maryland Legal Aid. SPARC provides a range of services, all of which are NO COST, NO INSURANCE and as ANONYMOUS as we can offer. Mondays, 11 - 4pm:
- Harm Reduction Supplies
- Case Management (Walk-Ins, first come first serve and Appointments)
- Healthcare Referrals and Support

Tuesdays:
- Appointments only!
**Our volunteer night is bi-weekly, from 5:30pm - 7:00pm**

Introducing our little free library at SPARC! HUGE shout out to all the folks in the community that have supported with this, and a special shoutout to for their book donations to help keep us stocked! Here at SPARC, we provide lots of basic necessities for living (food, medical services, hygiene and safer living supplies!) and supporting folks in finding joy and comfort in a good book is not just an optional comfort, but a necessity! Books are flying out of the library, so stop by and pick up a book or bring us some of your faves to keep the library moving! 🤓

Keep your eyes peeled as we start to brainstorm a day to beautify this baby with a coat of paint (color suggestions always welcome!)

Kit making continues at SPARC, every other Monday from 5-7pm at the center at 908 Washington Blvd! As summer approaches and the need for supplies increases, come help support our many neighbors experiencing homelessness, engaging in s*x work, and using drugs to fight shame and stigma and get the people what they need! And eat some yummy pizza while you’re at it! You can also email [email protected] to get added to the listserv and get the latest on volunteer opportunities coming outside of our regular kit making nights :)
