One correction to yesturday's hotel dates. The last date to book rooms for the Holiday Inn is May 31, 2012.

Well Family we are exactly 1 month away from the family reunion. The is to just a FYI that the last day to book rooms at the Hilton Garnden Inn under the group rate is today. The rooms at the Hoilday Inn Express will be available until the 31st of June at the rate of 89.00 plus tax which includes breakfast. So if you have not book your rooms please do so as soon as possible.

We are less than 30 days away for the due date for all payments. If you have not sent in you payment please do so as soon as possible. All payment are due on May 1, 2012. We are look for pictures of any any family member that have proceeded us for the memorial presentation.

Salutations Family,

This is just an update on hotel rooms. If you are planning to attending the reunion and stay at the Hilton Garden Inn I would book as soon as possible. We cannot add any additional room under the group rate at this time. There are other rooms at the hotel that you can book individually outside of that rate. There are still plenty of rooms at the Holiday Inn and just as an FYI all the rooms are being renovated at this time. They will be done all renovations by April.
