The Greater Re*****on Improvement Association (GRIA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to making Baltimore's Re*****on neighborhood even greater. Through collaboration with intergenerational residents, local business, and the Baltimore government we work throughout the year to make Re*****on safer, greener, more vibrant, and socially connected. We meet every 3rd Wednesday of the month, 7:00, at 335 W. 27th Street.

The August Land Use meeting will serve as the kickoff for our upcoming neighborhood plan efforts! Join Unknown Studio to learn more about this process and ways to get involved. Don’t forget to check out our current plan, adopted by the city’s Department of Planning in 2017- found on our website.

Do you live, walk, bike, or drive on Falls Road in Baltimore City between West Trenton Street and Chestnut Avenue?

MICA and the Neighborhood Design Center are hosting workshops this summer, funded by the Maryland Department of Transportation, to better understand community-led, creative interventions to make this stretch of Falls Road safer.

Join them for an upcoming workshop at MICA on one of the following dates:

- Recycling Collection Paused to Limit Crews’ Heat
Exposure - July 1-3.

- Trash Collection will continue on Friday, July 3, despite the City Holiday. Place trash out only this week. Collections begin at 5 a.m.

- Residential Recycling Center Hours Adjusted
Temporary hours: 7 a.m. - 3 p.m. July 1-3.
