Groceries: Choose from a bag of seasonal produce or a meal kit for four from SuperFresh, complete with ingredients and step-by-step instructions for a healthy, delicious meal. Limit one per person.

Vaccines: Receive free COVID-19 and flu vaccines with an insurance card and state-issued ID. A limited supply is available for those without insurance on a first-come, first-served basis.

Health Support: Get a free AIC screening from the UMMC
Mobile Health Van to check your average blood sugar levels and connect with doctors and nurses for your health care questions and resources.

Last week, Led Ladies kicked off the first week of "Oil Collective," a Financial Wellness and Entrepreneurship series taking place here at the CEC in partnership with our Workforce Initiatives program.

They explore financial, entrepreneurial, and wellness topics, including issues that women may face. Through interactive sessions, participants gain practical tools, fresh perspectives, and meaningful connections to support their goals. While discussions may include experiences commonly faced by women, all adults are welcome to participate.

Last week was Environmental Services (EVS) Week! If you've ever visited the Community Engagement Center (CEC), it's very likely you may have met our EVS team, Ms. Darlene and Ms. Debbie.

We are so excited to announce that we have TWO youth arts programs starting at the CEC next month through our newest in-house partner, RISE Arts Center of Baltimore Inc.!

Both programs occur on Wednesdays from 4-5 p.m. from Oct. 7 through Dec. 16.
