Since 2009, The Society for Girls has been powered by volunteers who believe in the growth, mentorship, and brilliance of young girls. Every workshop, every leadership meeting, and every moment of guidance happens because people choose to give their time and their heart.

As interest grows with our Milford Mill chapter , so does the need for support. Giving Tuesday keeps our programs strong and opens new doors for girls across Baltimore and the Metro D.C. area.

The Society for Girls is holding deep gratitude this Thanksgiving. We know the world feels heavy right now, and we want to honor everyone who is doing their best to support and uplift our youth in the midst of it. Your care and commitment continue to make a real difference.

We are thankful for every mentor, parent, educator, volunteer, and partner who pours encouragement, time, and love into young people. You help create spaces where girls feel empowered, supported, and seen.

And we want to give a special thank you to our Milford chapter for your steady hard work and dedication all year. Your passion and consistency inspire our entire community.

Today is , an international day of giving. On this day, we are asking for your support of our Milford Mill Academy Chapter. This newly formed high school chapter in Baltimore County is led by educators who volunteer their time and talents to positively impact the lives of girls.
