We’re Be More Baddies & .
Not just an organization.
Not just a mentoring program.
Not just hosts of elevated events.

We’re a multigenerational sisterhood committed to empowering women and inspiring girls through sisterhood, scholarship, service, and faith.

For the past 10 years, we’ve been creating spaces where girls can grow, women can connect, and both can become more.
The brunches, the conferences, the mentorship, the exposure experiences, the community service, the sisterhood... the events… it’s all bigger than a moment. It’s a movement. 🔥

And while some of y’all may have found us through Vineyard Vibes, now you know there’s purpose behind the vibe.

So whether you’re here to volunteer, mentor, partner, donate, attend an event, or simply cheer us on from the sidelines, welcome to the community.

The relationship between a mother and daughter is one that never stops evolving. 🤍

Yesterday, we were grateful to create a safe space where moms and daughters could have open conversations across generations on topics that matter.

One of those topics was financial literacy. 💰

A special thank you to the ladies from .bank for helping us better understand our coins, especially the importance of distinguishing between our wants and our needs.

But the conversations went beyond money.

We talked about family.
We talked about faith.
We talked about what it means to listen, understand, and grow together.

One thing we were reminded of is that young girls need to know they are not alone. The challenges, questions, and emotions they experience are often shared by other girls their age. Moms deserve that reminder too.

With the right tools, safe spaces, and healthy conversations, families can build stronger connections and brighter futures together.

Thank you to every mom and Belle who showed up, shared, listened, and learned. Yesterday was truly special. 🤍

Once upon a time… we hosted our first Pre-Juneteenth celebration. 💚

IT WAS A TIME!

The community showed up. The energy was unmatched. New connections were made, meaningful conversations were had, and together we raised funds that poured right back into Baltimore girls. 🔥

That experience showed us something important: when purpose, Black excellence, and community come together, beautiful things happen.

So we decided to do it again and take it up a notch. ✨

This year, we’re inviting you to Vineyard Vibes: an elevated summer kickoff for men and women.

What better way to celebrate our freedom than by bringing beautiful people together for an evening of Black excellence, beautiful people, good vibes, and giving back?

The mission remains the same:

Create community and support the next generation through our core programs: the mentoring program and the 4th Annual Back to School Conference. 💕

Join us on Thursday, June 18 as we bring a little Martha’s Vineyard vibe to Baltimore 💚 You don’t want to miss it!

Because the best vibes are the ones that give back. 😎

Vineyard Vibes | An elevated evening of community, culture, and purpose as we bring a taste of Martha’s Vineyard to Baltimore. This experience is designed to kick off the Summer, celebrate Black excellence and raise funds to send 50+ girls back to school with the tools they need to be successful. 💚
