First day energy. 💜📚✨

Today, girls from 30+ schools all across Baltimore City + County walked into their schools and were so excited knowing that they entered this school year with their heads high and hearts full. 🫶🏽

Just days ago, Baltimore girls in grades 6–12 alongside women entrepreneurs, therapists, doctors, leaders, mentors, speakers and volunteers who intentionally poured into them and helped prepare them for this moment.

We talked confidence. Mental wellness. Purpose. Healthy choices. Conflict resolution. Growth. Goals. And what it means to navigate another school year while continuing to become the young women they are called to be.

Today, is the start of new beginnings and an opportunity to put it into practice. 💕

To EVERY girl starting a new school year: walk in confidently. Give yourself room to grow. Set the goals. Make the memories. Ask for help when you need it. Be kind. Be bold. Be a leader and never be afraid to BE MORE. 💕

And to Be More Belles | Est 2015 in Baltimore village our speakers, volunteers, partners and supporters… thank you for helping make sure our girls didn’t walk into this school year alone.

Now we can’t wait to see what they do this year. 💜✨

We’re excited to open application for the 2026–2027 Be More Belles & Baddies to formally express interest in our program. It’s time to welcome the next generation of Belles, women ready to serve as Baddie Big Sisters, and women who want to pour into our girls as speakers and facilitators.

Here is how you can be a part:

💜 BECOME A BELLE
Be More Belles gives girls the opportunity to experience mentorship and sisterhood outside of their usual circles. Through workshops, exposure experiences, community service, leadership opportunities and so much more, we create space for girls to grow, explore and Be More.

💕 BECOME A BADDIE BIG SISTER
If you have a heart to serve and want to inspire the next generation of well-rounded women, we invite you to apply to join the sisterhood as a mentor. You don’t have to have all the answers... you just have to be willing to be present, consistent and cool (in your own way). 💕

🎤 POUR INTO OUR BELLES
Have a story, skill, career, expertise or experience that could expose our girls to what’s possible? We’re also looking for speakers, workshop facilitators and women willing to share their gifts with our Belles throughout the program year.

This is more than a mentoring program. This is a sisterhood of women and girls who desire to Be More.

The Belles Hygiene Boutique 💕✨

Because confidence is also having access to the essentials you need to feel clean, comfortable, and cared for. 🧼

At our 4th Annual Belles Back to School Conference, every girl had the opportunity to shop our Hygiene Boutique and take home products to support her as she heads into the new school year (at no cost.)🧴🫧💗

This was only possible because of your generosity! Our community partners, individual donors, and Belles families who showed up BIG with hygiene donations.

A special thank you to Baltimore Hunger Project for helping us stock the boutique with pads and tampons for ever Baltimore girl in attendance. This helped to make sure our Be More Belles | Est 2015 in Baltimore were supported with abundance.

This is what community looks like. 💜 We appreciate our volunteers who helped keep the boutique organized 👏🏾

A huge thank you to every community partner, individual donor, parent, supporter, and Belle who donated hygiene items for our Belles Back to School Conference! Because of you, our Hygiene Boutique was FULL of essentials for our girls to take home as they prepare for the new school year. 🫶🏾

A very special thank you to Baltimore Hunger Project for showing up for Be More Belles | Est 2015 in Baltimore in such a BIG way with thousands of feminine care products and essentials. Your generosity helped us make sure Baltimore girls left feeling supported, prepared, and cared for.

And to our Belles who showed up with donations in hand 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 we see you! 💜 Service is a part of who we are and we love teaching our girls that even while they are being poured into, they can also pour into others.

Every donation mattered. Every item made an impact.

This is what community looks like. This is sisterhood. This is service. This is what it means to BE MORE.💜✨

Know the entire Bible.
Have a perfect past.
Feel “holy enough.”

You simply have to be willing to surrender. You come to Him as you are, and you allow Him to transform you. 🩷

Today, girls from near and far came together for a day centered on mindset, motivation, mental health, sisterhood, and becoming MORE.

From 50 girls to 100 Belles registered. From a vision to a growing movement. Every year, we come back bigger, stronger, and even more intentional about pouring into the next generation.
