We’re Back!!! 🖤 Over the years, we’ve grown such a phenomenal community of women and girls. 😍 This was always part of the vision, and as we grow, we’re thankful for everyone who is already a part of this dynamic movement. 💕

During Sabbatical September, I (NJ | Follow Jesus) accepted that it was time to make that vision clearer. While there will always be opportunities for the Baddies & Be More Belles | Est 2015 in Baltimore to come together, but the Baddies are the Baddies, and the Belles are the Belles. ✔️💕

No more blurred vision. We’re making it clearER.

Follow Be More Belles | Est 2015 in Baltimore to stay up to date with the Be More Belles program... GROWING girls doing amazing things and inspiring others to do the same. 🎀

Now, for the Baddies: this page is for YOU. The women growing in faith, managing competiting priorities, breaking generational curses, pouring into others but also desiring to be poured into, too.

This community is getting better and we are getting BADDer. Stay tuned. 💐💕

Every September, we step away to create more space for rest, reflection and intentionality.

While our social media will be quiet, the work continues offline.

Throughout September, if there are any important updates and communication, it will be shared via email.

Applications for our 2026–2027 Be More Belles | Est 2015 in Baltimore mentorship program are still OPEN for girls interested in becoming Belles, as well as women interested in serving as Baddie Big Sister mentors. 💜💕

Application links will remain available in our bio throughout the month.

We encourage you to get rested, refreshed and ready for what’s next.

Unplug because sometimes, Being More requires doing less.

A good mama. A newly promoted Baddie. A woman who just planned a Back to School Conference for 100+ women and girls. And this is only part of our Baddie Board of Directors. ✨

Different lives. Different careers. Different seasons. But one thing about our board, we represent so many of the women in our community: women balancing careers, motherhood, leadership, service, big dreams and real life…while still finding time to pour into the next generation.

Nothing serious today. Just Baddies passing the phone. 😂💕📱

These women are making an impact & we believe you should know them. 💕➡️

The Belles Back to School Conference creates an opportunity for us to expose our Belles to educated women, collaborate with Baddies doing meaningful work, and collectively make an impact on the next generation.

Our girls deserve to see women leading, creating, serving, healing, building and walking boldly in their purpose. And even more importantly, they deserve opportunities to learn from them, talk to them and imagine what’s possible for their own lives.

That’s what this conference is about: exposure, connection and impact.

We’re highlighting some of the amazing Baddies You Should Know who poured into our girls this year. 💐

There’s more where these came from 😍

Get to know them. Follow their work. Support what they’re building.

Because when Baddies come together, Belles get to see what it looks like to Be More. 💜✨

First day energy. 💜📚✨

Today, girls from 30+ schools all across Baltimore City + County walked into their schools and were so excited knowing that they entered this school year with their heads high and hearts full. 🫶🏽

Just days ago, Baltimore girls in grades 6–12 alongside women entrepreneurs, therapists, doctors, leaders, mentors, speakers and volunteers who intentionally poured into them and helped prepare them for this moment.

We talked confidence. Mental wellness. Purpose. Healthy choices. Conflict resolution. Growth. Goals. And what it means to navigate another school year while continuing to become the young women they are called to be.

Today, is the start of new beginnings and an opportunity to put it into practice. 💕

To EVERY girl starting a new school year: walk in confidently. Give yourself room to grow. Set the goals. Make the memories. Ask for help when you need it. Be kind. Be bold. Be a leader and never be afraid to BE MORE. 💕

And to Be More Belles | Est 2015 in Baltimore village our speakers, volunteers, partners and supporters… thank you for helping make sure our girls didn’t walk into this school year alone.

Now we can’t wait to see what they do this year. 💜✨
