AEMS is excited to welcome our summer interns.
Jordan, a LEE Summer Fellow, is analyzing insights from the AEMS Arts Educator Survey while mentoring our BAI intern.
January, our BAI intern, is helping to develop a youth led arts advocacy group to empower the next generation of advocates.
Their passion and creativity are already making a meaningful impact, and we're grateful to have them on the AEMS team this summer.

Your voice can help shape the future of Maryland's public schools.
The Accountability and Implementation Board (AIB) has released proposed updates to the 2026 Blueprint Comprehensive Plan and is seeking public feedback.
The initial public comment period has closed, and feedback responses have been published. Following the presentation of the proposed revisions at the June 18 Board meeting, the updated plan is now available for a 30-day public comment period through July 19.
If you are an educator, school leader, parent, student, or community advocate, we encourage you to review the proposed changes and share your feedback through the public survey.
