As we honor the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., we are reminded that his message of justice, unity, and moral courage carries even greater weight in this moment—both within our nation and within our own organization.

Dr. King challenged institutions and individuals alike to rise above division, to lead with integrity, and to place service to humanity above personal interest. In times of uncertainty, transition, and reflection, his call to righteousness, accountability, and brotherhood remains a guiding light.

Today, we recommit ourselves to the principles he lived and died for—truth, equality, and love in action—understanding that the strength of our nation and our organization depends on our willingness to stand firm in purpose and united in vision.

As we reflect during this Christmas season, we are reminded that this is a time to set down every burden, release all negativity, and realign ourselves with what truly matters. The season calls us to pause, to strengthen our faith, and to focus on the reason for the season—love, sacrifice, brotherhood, and renewal.

This is also a moment to stand in quiet strength with those who are carrying loss, hardship, or reflection in silence. May this season bring clarity where there has been confusion, peace where there has been struggle, and light where shadows have lingered.

As we gather on this Thanksgiving Day, we pause to reflect on all that we have experienced—both as an organization and as a nation. This year has brought challenges, transitions, and moments that tested our strength, our unity, and our resolve. Yet through it all, we remain standing. We remain connected. And most importantly, we remain grateful.

Today, we are reminded that Thanksgiving is not simply a holiday—it is a posture of the heart. It is an opportunity to honor the blessings we often overlook: life, family, health, brotherhood, and the ability to keep moving forward even when the path isn’t easy.
