It was incredible to see the excitement on students’ faces as they celebrated the launch of Beyond Borders at John Rurah Elementary/Middle School ()! ✨

Students and supporters participated in an interactive map activity, adding sticky notes to share where they’re from and highlighting the many backgrounds and experiences represented in the community.

Students at celebrated the launch of this year’s School Magazine Club publication, Inside Out. It was centered around a theme they chose themselves: emotions. Through writing and artwork, students explored a wide range of feelings, experiences, and perspectives.
