Hot Day To Be Without Water

We spent the day out in the community updating residents on the progress of the water main break repairs and checking on efforts to stabilize the wall at the demo site. Not always the most glamorous work but definitely important work

Busy Saturday in CHM!

Today included site visits to two of our new rehab projects, a little housekeeping work at the firehouse, and unfortunately the St. Lo Drive bridge claimed yet another victim!

A huge thank you to Ted and Marcus for lending a helping hand and putting in the work to help keep things moving forward. Community progress takes teamwork, and we appreciate everyone who continues to step up for CHM.

Alley inspections today with one of CHM’s true unsung heroes, Mr. Shah. While many people never see the behind-the-scenes work that goes into keeping our community clean, safe, and cared for, dedicated residents like Mr. Shah are always stepping up and making a difference.

From identifying issues to helping improve the quality of life throughout the neighborhood, his commitment to CHM does not go unnoticed. Thank you, Mr. Shah, for your continued hard work, community spirit, and love for the neighborhood. CHM is stronger because of residents like you!

A big shoutout to the residents of Gorsuch Avenue for their quick action and community teamwork! Because neighbors stayed alert and responded quickly, a much larger problem was avoided. This is exactly what strong communities do, look out for one another and take action when it matters most.

Today was filled with memories, laughter, pride, and a few tears as we gathered for the Lake Clifton Forever Farewell Ceremony.

For generations, Lake Clifton was more than a school, it was family, opportunity, tradition, and community. Its halls helped shape leaders, dreamers, athletes, artists, educators, and changemakers whose impact can still be felt throughout Baltimore and beyond.

From yearbooks and stories to cheers and reflections, today reminded us that while buildings may change, the spirit of Lake Clifton will always live on in the hearts of those who walked its halls.

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate the legacy of this magnificent school. Once a Laker… always a Laker
