GTGM-Baltimore is a two year initiative fostering collaboration between community leaders, churches, neighborhoods associations, schools, sponsors and volunteers. The goal is to clean southwestern Baltimore block by block starting with Shipley Hill. Studies show that clean neighborhoods pride beautifies the community a

nd increase public safety. PROJECT GOALS:

*CLEAN
Block by Block in the southwest, Baltimore communities starting with Shipley Hill. Clean neighborhoods helps to reduce crime, develop neighborhood partnerships within the communities, increase safety and beautification of the community.

*Provide Green Education & Awareness to residents of the adjacent communities, local schools, businesses, churches, and local colleges.

*REDUCE the carbon footprint by 12% by 2016. Long term goals are to reduce greenhouse gases emission 40% by 2020
Elijah's Blessing Community Service officials will work with other community around the world wishing to copy the GTGM-Baltimore project. DIGITAL YOUTH FILMING PROJECT:

Students and volunteers will learn digital filming to record the documentary of Go The Green Miles-Baltimore. Students will help to create PSA's with ITT Tech and the revised EBCS up-dated website coming soon. To be package and distributed on an alterative GREEN DVD with Flex Digital Media
