Unfortunately there has not been any new information on local NPO's receiving grants to carry out their programs. It is limited to those with employees on their payrolls. A lot of local NPO's do not have paid employees and do not operate on a large scale but their impact in their communities is large. Attached are some FAQ's from The State of Maryland for the grants available for Covid-19 relief.

What can be done for local Non-Profits to obtain some funding? Should the State create of fund for them?
