When Ariana Williams joined the Guaranteed Income Pilot, she was unemployed and doing everything she could to provide for her daughter.

Within the first month of payments, she:
✅ Secured her first apartment
✅ Landed a new job
✅ Opened a savings account for emergencies

Recently, Ariana shared her story to support legislation that would build on this work. One line in particular stays with us:

“Please never think that anybody has malicious intent behind their need for help.”

We’re hiring Tax Site Managers for the 2027 tax season!

Love helping people and good with numbers? CASH Campaign of Maryland is looking for Tax Site Managers to lead our free tax sites in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Here’s what you’ll do:
Prepare and review tax returns for working families
Mentor and support our amazing volunteer tax preparers
Help clients connect with CASH’s free financial programs

$23–$37/hour
January–April 2027, up to 40 hours a week
New to managing a site? You’ll work alongside an experienced manager and training is provided!

Most sites are open on Saturdays, and training takes place in December 2026.
