Together, we prevent violence, provide victim services and workforce development, increase civic engagement, clean, green, and feed Baltimore. Hours are effected by Covid-19 Tuesday’s 10am-1pm for free produce boxes and Saturday’s for youth and beautification projects Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays online via Instagram

This was more than just a trip—it was an experience our young people will never forget!

Our Lets Thrive Baltimore & PANA AKA The New Pennsylvania Ave PANA youth had the opportunity to visit the beautiful University of Maryland Eastern Shore, where they were able to walk the campus, learn about college life, and begin to see what’s possible for their own futures. Exposure creates opportunity, and we believe every young person deserves the chance to see themselves on a college campus.

After the tour, we headed to Ocean City Beach for a day of fun, laughter, team building, and making memories together. Our youth work hard all summer, and moments like these remind them that they deserve to dream big, explore new places, and enjoy life.

At Let’s Thrive Baltimore, we don’t just talk about preparing young people for success—we create experiences that inspire them to believe they can achieve it. Every trip, every conversation, and every opportunity is another step toward helping them build brighter futures.

🎓 What a Day to Remember! 🎉

Our Summer Youth Program Graduation was filled with smiles, laughter, proud families, unforgettable moments, and well-deserved celebrations.

Watching our young people walk across the stage reminded us that every lesson learned, every challenge overcome, and every goal achieved was worth celebrating. Their confidence, growth, and determination were on full display, and we couldn’t be prouder of each and every one of them.

To our graduates at Lets Thrive Baltimore & PANA AKA The New Pennsylvania Ave PANA this is more than a ceremony. It’s a reminder that you are capable of amazing things, and we can’t wait to see where your journey takes you next.

Thank you to our families, staff, instructors, partners, and everyone who came out to celebrate this incredible milestone with us. Your love and support made the day even more special.

Today was a reminder of why we do this work. 💙🎓

Watching our young people walk across that stage filled me with so much pride. This summer wasn’t just about earning a paycheck it was about building confidence, developing leadership, learning new skills, creating lifelong memories, and believing in what is possible.

Congratulations to all of our Lets Thrive Baltimore & PANA AKA The New Pennsylvania Ave PANA YouthWorks graduates! We are especially proud of our students heading to college, our Medical Assistant graduates who completed their two-year program and earned their certification, and TYRIC, who is beginning an incredible new journey serving in the military while continuing his education and pursuing a career in engineering.

A huge thank you to our incredible Youth Leaders, Katherine, Taylor, Desire, Malia, Christian, Kennedy, Jaylen, Quintrell, Claude, Eziyah, Justin eand Quaniera & our dedicated staff, Janell Martin Tierney, Jay, Tyric, Steve and special thanks to our partner Principal Woodhouse, Renaissance Academy, our families, our amazing partners at Family League of Baltimore , and everyone who made this summer possible. It truly takes a village, and I’m grateful for each of you.

Week 4 of YouthWorks is officially in the books! 💙💛 Financial Literacy

This week, our young leaders explored the world of financial literacy and budgeting—but not through a boring lecture. We turned learning into a game with an exciting round of Financial Literacy Jeopardy! 🎉💰

Watching our youth laugh, compete, and work together while learning real-life money management skills reminded us why we do what we do. At Let’s Thrive Baltimore and PANA, we believe the best learning happens when young people are actively engaged, having fun, and making connections that will stay with them long after the program ends.

We don’t just teach lessons—we create experiences that inspire confidence, critical thinking, and lifelong skills.

The feedback from our young leaders has been incredible, and hearing how much they’re enjoying the program motivates us to keep raising the bar. We’re proud to provide a space where learning is exciting, meaningful, and something our youth actually look forward to every day.
