Hey all, I got this message from FYA and figured I'd pass it along.
"Hello fearless leaders!
Apologies for the dramatic subject line, but it’s not just a gimmick to get you to read this email (though, if it persuaded you to open this message, then that’s a bonus!). I’m writing to you because we’ve got a favor to ask.
Due to a series of unfortunate events in April, which you can read more about here (https://gofund.me/4bde05bc), our website was in danger of completely disappearing, and though we were thankfully able to preserve our content, we could no longer update or post, i.e. hello nightmare! That left us with two choices: shut down FYA, or rebuild the site from scratch.
Obviously, the decision was clear: we would do everything we could to save Forever Young Adult, because for us, it's more than just a website--it’s a community--and we hope you feel the same way. We’ve launched a GoFundMe campaign to raise the funds necessary to cover the cost of building our new dream home of a site, and we would deeply appreciate it if you can help spread the word by sharing this news with your chapter. And, if you feel like amplifying on social, here are a few links to make it easy:

As a book club leader, you’ve already given so much to the FYA community, and we’re incredibly thankful for your support, your time, and your energy over the years. It’s because of you that Forever Young Adult has grown beyond a website into real friendships and wonderful memories, and we hope to make many more.
