Little Italy residents - City Council Bill CCB 26-0195 is up for a vote this morning. It appears the Bill would eliminate notice or right of appeal for neighbors when a permit is submitted to develop 2 units from a single-family dwelling - including rowhouses and semi-detached home.

Submit your comments or feedback in writing here: https://www.baltimorecity.gov/city-council/submit-testimony-for-a-city-council-meeting. Copy Councilman Jones offices on the testimony -- [email protected].
