Flashback Friday: In honor of September 11, students at Notre Dame of Maryland University prepared 45 bagged lunches to support the women served at My Sister’s Place Women’s Center.

We are grateful to these students for turning a day of remembrance into an opportunity to serve others. Their generosity is a beautiful reminder that even a small act of kindness can make a meaningful difference.

Twenty-five years ago today, the world changed in a single morning.

We remember the lives lost in New York, at the Pentagon, and in a field in Pennsylvania. We remember the firefighters and law enforcement officers who ran toward danger to save strangers. We remember the passengers of Flight 93, who fought back.

Twenty-five years later, we honor how they died, and how so many others chose to live afterward, with more courage and more resolve to hold onto one another.

Never forget.
