We’ve partnered with the Department of Transportation to launch the Jones Falls Gateway project page on Streets of Baltimore!

This transformative project will turn a broken sidewalk into a 10–13' wide shared-use path connecting Druid Hill Park to Penn Station—making it safer, greener, and more beautiful for everyone.

Planned features include:
• A wide, ADA-accessible trail
• Shade trees & landscaping
• Pedestrian-scale lighting
• Stream-friendly infrastructure
• Public art & alleyway improvements

We’ve been awarded a $100,000 grant from the MD DNR Community Forestry Catalyst Fund to power up our Tree Canopy Support Program—funding essential labor for planting, watering, and maintaining trees across the district.

Our tree work keeps Midtown cooler, cleaner, and more resilient—and this grant helps us do even more.
