Did you know that 90% of startups fail within their first few years? Most of the time, it’s not because the idea was bad—it’s because the foundation wasn't strong enough.

At Pass IT On, we’re changing that narrative. After a decade of navigating the ups and downs of nonprofit social enterprise work, we’ve decided to "pass on" everything we’ve learned.

Introducing Founder’s Forge, a specialized incubator for startup nonprofits, social enterprises, and lifestyle businesses ready to build for the long haul.

What makes the Forge different?

🚀 The 90-Day Sprint:
We move fast. Our intensive ramp-up takes you from "just an idea" to your 1st client in just 3 months.

🗓️ A Full Year of Support:
We stay in your corner for 12 months, providing the mentorship and structure needed to scale.

🏢 Free Coworking Space:
We eliminate the overhead! Our founders get access to a professional coworking space at zero cost.

🤝Collaborative Network:
You aren’t just joining a program; you’re joining our ecosystem. We prioritize internal collaborations on funded opportunities so our ventures can grow together.

We aren't just building businesses, we’re forging a community of impact-makers.
