She aims to Feed at least 80 individuals in dire need of food this coming Ramadhaan, ln shaa Allah.

DETACHING FROM DUNYA

We are in the second ten days of Ramadhaan already. And this period is the period of Magfirah. The period of forgiveness. Make it a great deal to seek Allah's forgiveness over your enormous sins which are filled to the brim.

The first ten 10day are Rahmah (blessings) for us. As we continue with the second phase, let's appraise ourselves. Ask yourself, Am l still engrossed with the affairs of Dunya, or l have begun to feel the connection between myself and Allah?.

What have you given up for Allah, especially during the month of Ramadhaan? What habit do you still need to work on before the month closes upon you? That you do not regret not doing enough. I wouldn't like that the month came, leave, and l am not able to stop that act or deeds l know for sure isn't something to write home about. I want to be proud of what l have done in total humility for Allah, and ask that He accept it from me.

It's truly important to build a relationship with Allah in Dunya, and He wouldn't let you down in Akhirah. Forget the frivolous excuses, if you haven't opened your Quran during this holy month, you are not connecting with Allah. If you haven't observed any prayer in Jammah and or pray Taraweeh behind the Imam, especially as a man, your heart is far from HIM. If you are financially upright, and you haven't given to the needy, you are missing a great deal. You should treat this month uniquely as if it's your last.

WHILE IN SAJDAH!

While in sujud, as Muslims, we pray and glorify our Lord (Allah); we sincerely maintain our humility and seek Allah's forgiveness throughout the cause of our voluntary and involuntarily prayers.

During that period, what truly comes to my mind most times are those terrible sins of mine. Those sins l pray Allah never expose on the day of reckoning. At one point, l quickly want to take my mind away from them, like l don't wish to remember them, for indeed l wish l never committed them. I wish I didn't do them in the first place. Alas, Allah forgives, as much as we strive never to go back to our terrible sins. Thus, one of the best moments to seek Allah's mercy and forgiveness is during our sujud.

Ramadhaan has truly prevented most of us from sinning against our Rabb. It has really assisted us to be more conscious and God-fearing. I pray Allah to assist us to be able to maintain it during and after Ramadhaan. We are human who forgets, while Allah never forgets. May Allah forgive all our terrible sins and rectify all our affairs...Ya Rabbal 'Ala'aameen!

*RAMADHAAN TIME TABLE*

1 Observe Qiyam layl

Seek Allah's s forgiveness this period. Read Q'uran and reflect on the meaning. Make lots of lstghfaar.

2 Say your (Morning & Evening) AdKhar

3 Observe Solatul Dhuha
Make lots of Dua for yourself and your family. Remembrance of Allah at this time is essential.

4 Do not forget the Rawatib.
The Prophet ﷺ said:
"Allaah will build a house in Heaven for whoever is diligent in observing 12 Sunnah Rak'aat (as follows): 4 Rak'aat before and 2 after the Dhuhr (Midday) Prayer, 2 after the Maghrib (Sunset Prayer), 2 after the Ishaa (Evening) Prayer and 2 before the Fajr (Dawn) Prayer."
[Hadith sahih narrated by at-Tirmidhi No. 379 and by others. Hadith No. 6183 in Sahih al-Jaami].

5 Read Quran after every Solaawat, the better.

The method of completing the Qur’an for (30 days) every day a portion of the Qur’an

Al-Fajr: 4 Pages
Zuhur: 4 pages
Al-Asr: 4 pages
Magrib: 4 pages
Isha: 4 pages

The method of completing the Qur’an (15 days) every day has two parts
Al-Fajr: 8 Pages
Zuhur: 8 pages
Asr: 8 pages
Magrib: 8 pages
Isha: 8 pages

The method of completing the Qur’an during (12 days) two and a half parts every day
Al-Fajr: 10 Pages
Zuhur: 10 pages
Asr: 10 pages
Magrib: 10 pages
Isha: 10 pages

The method of completing the Qur’an (10 days) every day has three parts
Al-Fajr: 12 Pages
Zuhur: 12 pages
Asr: 12 pages
Magrib: 12 pages
Isha: 12 pages

This program is for people of high determination
The method of completing the Qur’an for (6 days) every day has five parts
Al-Fajr: 20 Pages
Zuhur: 20 pages
Asr: 20 pages
Magrib: 20 pages
Isha: 20 pages

6 Listen to beneficiary lectures and perhaps Fiqh of Ramadhaan.

7 Listen to Audio Q'uran recitation while you are walking, cleaning, and even when on the wheel.

8 Read & Memorize some portion of the Quran & Hadith and or your chosen Islamic Books.

9 Attend Tafseer of the Quran lecture. Ramadhan is the month of the Quran.

10 Make Lots of Du'a
Make a list of your wants. And be optimistic about them. Allah answers prayers.

The Month Of Ramadan Has Arrived

From Abu Hurairah [رضي الله عنه] who said: The Messenger of Allaah [ﷺ] used to give good news to his Companions with the arrival of Ramadan, he would say:

«قد جاءكم شهر رمضان شهرٌ مبارك ، كتب الله عليكم صيامه ، فيه تفتح أبواب الجنة وتغلق فيه أبواب الجحيم ، وتغل فيه الشياطين ، فيه ليلةٌ خيرٌ من ألف شهر ، من حُرِمَ خيرها فقد حُرِم.»

❝Indeed the month of Ramadan has arrived, a blessed month. Allaah has prescribed fasting for you. In this month the doors of Paradise are opened and the doors of hell are closed. The devils are shackled. In Ramadan there is a night better than a thousand months, whoever is prohibited from the good in that night then indeed he has been prohibited from good.❞

Ibn Rajab Al-Hanbali said:

❝Some of the scholars said: This Hadeeth is a foundation for some people congratulating others with the month of Ramadan.

How can one not give good news to the believer with the doors of Paradise opening.

How can one not give good news to the sinful that the doors of the Hell fire have been closed.

How can one not give good news to the intelligent one with that the devils are shackled.

Where can this time period be compared to any other time.❞

MajmolQueen Food For The Fasting - FFTF with the help of Allah was able to cater for about 100 inmates during our brothers yesterday's visit to ILORIN CUSTODIAL CENTER. We do truly appreciate them.
