It’s spring so we’re getting outdoors around Baltimore! Thanks to for a fantastic educational program on wilderness survival- we got to practice skills like fire starting, shelter building, and filtering water. AND it was everyone’s first time visiting Irvine. It’s so rewarding to connect youth to new outdoor spaces!

Our groups complete a service project during the WILD summer trips. Together, participants and City Neighbors students contributed an incredible 90 volunteer hours at , walking shelter dogs, loving on cats, and helping keep the shelter clean. These projects teach compassion, responsibility, and the power of giving. Thank you to our amazing youth for making a difference!
