Loyola’s chapter of NBASLH provides mentorship and support to current and incoming Black students in the field of speech-language pathology.

NBASLH LUM is proud to announce our first annual service project, Project Inspire: BELIZE! This service project was created to connect with The Inspiration Center in Belize City, Belize to donate personal protective equipment (PPE), to provide tele-therapy training and hands-on mentorship to SLP assistants, and to engage in pediatric therapy for the children the center serves.

Please join us on Saturday, April 10, 2021 between 9am and 4pm at the Timonium campus location as we come together to create PPE kits, therapy material packets, and therapy resource packs that will be brought to The Inspiration Center in Belize by our NBASLH LUM Executive Board in May 2021!

Please bring any form of PPE to donate upon entrance! Food will be provided! We hope to see you April 10th for our socially distanced fundraiser!
