June is Men's Mental Health Awareness Month.
A reminder to the men and boys in our lives: you don't have to carry everything alone.
It's okay to have hard days. It's okay to be tired. It's okay to ask for help.
Let's normalize checking in, speaking up, and supporting one another without judgment. Mental health matters—not just this month, but every day of the year.
And while you're checking on everyone else, don't forget to check on yourself too.

School’s almost out, and MLBC Youth & Young Adults are getting ready for a summer full of fun, laughs, and good memories.

First up: Movie at the Mount
Bring your blankets, friends, and pizza appetite for a chill night under the stars with movies, snacks, and good vibes.

Then we’re heading to Hersheypark for a full day of rides, fun, and summer adventure.

Whether you’re coming for the movie night, the roller coasters, or just the experience, you don’t want to miss what’s coming up.

MLBC Youth & Young Adults are outside this summer.

Education Sunday at Mount Lebanon is going to be BIG.

We’re awarding $20,000 in scholarship money, including at $10,000 donation to Bowie State University. We'll be celebrating graduates, honoring academic achievement, and showing love to our HBCUs and Divine Nine community.

We’re also excited to welcome Rev. Candace Greene as our guest preacher for what promises to be a word.from on high.

Join the Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church Prayer Ministry virtually for the 2026 National Day of Prayer on Thursday, May 7, 2026, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

All are invited for an evening of prayer, reflection, scripture, and encouragement as we lift our nation, our neighborhoods, and our world before God.

Throughout the evening, we will pray for:
• Our local, state, and national government
• Voting rights and civic responsibility
• Families and communities impacted by rising costs and economic hardship
• Safety, violence, war, and peace around the world
• Our military and first responders
• The Church and spiritual leadership
• Mental health, healing, and emotional wellness
• And the many concerns affecting our daily lives

Participants are welcome to pray, read scripture, or simply join us in listening and agreement. If you would like to offer a prayer or scripture reading, please send a message in advance or on May 7 so we may include you in the program.
