NOW HIRING: Full-Time Direct Care Specialist

Join DMC Empowering Health Services and help make a lasting impact in the lives of children, teens, and adults through our Therapeutic Mentoring Program.

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Care Specialist to provide mentoring, support, and skill-building services to individuals in the community.

📋 Responsibilities Include:
• Providing one-on-one support
• Supporting clients with communication, coping, and life skills
• Assisting clients in reaching treatment goals
• Modeling positive behaviors and healthy decision-making
• Maintaining documentation and progress notes
• Collaborating with families and treatment teams

✅ Ideal Candidate:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Experience working with children, teens, or adults in behavioral health or human services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, organized, and compassionate
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
