Registration is now open for Rooted in Restoration.

Nonprofit leadership asks you to show up again and again: for your team, your organization, your community, your funders, and the mission you serve. But when was the last time you had intentional space to show up for yourself?

Join the BLK ED Network on Friday, September 25, for Rooted in Restoration: A Restorative Leadership Retreat for Black Nonprofit Professionals, a full-day experience created to make room for rest, reflection, connection, and sustainable leadership.

Throughout the day, participants will experience:
✨ Sound bath & gentle yoga
📝 Guided reflection & journaling
🥗 Healthy eating, a cooking demonstration & nourishing lunch
💬 Facilitated leadership conversation & meaningful peer connection
🌿 Community reflection circle & a self-care bag to take home

This is an opportunity to step away from the day-to-day demands of nonprofit work, reconnect with yourself, spend time with peers who understand the realities of leadership, and consider what it looks like to care for yourself alongside the work you care deeply about.

Tomorrow is CLLCTIVGIVE! As we celebrate Black Philanthropy Month, BLK ED Network is proud to participate in 's CLLCTIVGIVE, Greater Baltimore's day of collective giving dedicated to strengthening the organizations and leaders making a difference in our communities.
