Hi folks, I recently got a new bed. I no longer need my queen size heated mattress pad (dual controls). The heat made my body feel so much more comfortable during the night. It has one small stain around the head area, I think it’s from juice (when grandchild spent the night). It’s approx one year old. Good condition, no tears. I’m looking to give it away, would anyone like to have it? I can meet in Middle River, White Marsh, or Dundalk or you can pick up from me in Middle River.

It takes an average of 3 years and 5 doctors for a person to get a proper diagnosis of an autoimmune disease. I just wish more people understood what an autoimmune disease is. It is not a cold or the flu, you will never get better, and even a nap will not help. Just eating a salad and hitting the gym won’t slim your face or get the pounds off. Sleeping 10 hours doesn’t leave you well rested, ever. Last minute changes in plans because that “just got ran over” feeling never makes appointments, just walks in whenever you aren’t ready. Achy joints and bones, dry skin, breaking hair, mood swings, and depression are just the tip of the iceberg. You are also prone to having multiple autoimmune diseases.
I am watching the ones who will take the time to read this entire post and react.

Hi everyone, I just wanted to tell you about my first experience using a CBD bath bomb from Bmore Bombs. A friend of mine makes and sells them. I tried the pachouli and matcha one. She said the matcha is helpful with pain. Personally i have no idea what it is but OMG! This bomb was the bomb 💣. I soaked for about 30 minutes (not sure if there’s a maximum/minimum amount of time). There are ingredients in it for your skin. My skin exfoliated like it never has before (in a good way!) and my body was so soft and luxurious. I slept really well, not sure if it helps with sleep or not.

I also picked up a 30mg CBD lollipop while there. I liked it and could feel it’s beneficial effectiveness.

Hi everyone, my name is Amy. I’ve had fibromyalgia (diagnosed) for about 10 years. We made this page as a safe friendly place to come to share tips, helpful hints, and, frankly, to bitch and complain to people who will understand. We all know that fibro is different for everyone. You were invited to this page by someone who probably has fibro too. We hope you will be happy in this group and willing to share things that have helped you and things that haven’t. Although, we have to keep in mind that any advice, medication, tips, or whatever should be discussed with your doctor first.
