As a man, it is hard for us to put our pride to the side. Maybe it is for a woman as well? I'm not sure because I'm not a woman. But from my perspective as a man, I know it is hard to be vulnerable I know it is hard to work through trauma. I know it is hard to work through your current Pain. But just as l've done on this machine here as I raised the bucket up and emptied it out you can do the same thing today.You know exactly what it is that you need to do. Do it!
