TOPKATS Group, Inc. (TKG) is veteran managed 501(c)3 nonprofit. We have created a staffing program to offer Top Talent based your vacancies to our employer partners. We provide talent that is mentored and trained based on
our client's needs. Our program allows businesses to increase the productivity and efficiency of their workforce.

We use a different approach to recruiting talent. As you are aware, the U.S. is not producing enough talent to meet the industry's demands.
Companies continue to recruit talent the same way. Our model mentors, trains and works with individuals to place them into roles with our
employer partners based on their staffing needs.

Statistics show this is a better way to hire qualified and certified talent. This leads to a higher retention rate with 8 out of 10 of our
candidates converted to FTEs with a 20-25% cost savings over traditionally sourced talent.

Our staffing program can also lead to driving diversity to technical and other roles within these employer partners companies. I have attached our information sheet for your review. partners. It is essentially an apprenticeship workforce development
initiative. Our program allows businesses to increase the productivity and
efficiency of their workforce.
