I wanted to share our UPDATED list of fundraising events in Baltimore at M&T Bank Stadium 🏈 and CFG Bank Arena 🎤.

M&T Stadium Fundraising – Sign Up ASAP (DC United Game March 7)

Hello All-Stars MD Families,

We are officially opening sign-ups for upcoming M&T Stadium events in Baltimore, and we need you!

Our first event is:

This game is expected to have very heavy attendance, and we are working now to lock in our volunteer roster.

All-Stars MD Fundraising Season Update – Please Read

Hello All-Stars MD Families,

First and foremost, thank you for your patience. We have been working behind the scenes coordinating fundraising opportunities across six different stadiums, and it has been a lot to manage as seasons and events begin to kick off.

I wanted to provide a consolidated update so everyone knows where things stand.

⚽ DC United vs. Miami – March 7 (M&T Stadium)

Our next fundraising opportunity is March 7th for DC United vs. Miami at M&T Stadium.
• Game Time: 4:30 PM
• Arrival Time: 1:30 PM
• A very large crowd is expected for this event.

⚾ Baltimore Orioles

After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision not to participate in Orioles fundraising this season.

The donation percentage offered to our organization was significantly lower than prior years and simply does not justify the time and hours our volunteers would invest. I have communicated this decision directly to the organization.

We are nearly 100% complete with our paperwork and setup to work the upcoming baseball season at Nationals Park.

We are currently awaiting final contract details and confirmation of the donation percentage. That will determine whether we move forward with events at Audi Field this season.

🎶 Northwest Stadium

This will be our second season working with Northwest Stadium.
• Multiple concerts and summer events are coming.
• 2026 paperwork is being finalized.
• We will also be preparing for football season with the Washington Commanders.

🏈 Football Season (Fall Preview)

We plan to support:
• Football at M&T Stadium (Ravens)
• Football at Northwest Stadium (Commanders)

A Personal Note

I truly appreciate your patience. Coordinating six venues and over 100 volunteers is a significant undertaking, and while I do my best to respond quickly, sometimes responses may be delayed.

You are always welcome to text me at 301-370-5636, but please allow time for replies as I manage emails, contracts, scheduling, and logistics.

I am incredibly grateful to the few individuals who have stepped up to serve as leads. If you are interested in helping as a lead, please reach out directly. The more hands we have, the more events we can support — and the more opportunities we can create for fundraising for our youth and young adults.

🎓 Online training link is coming mid-next week!
Training must be completed in order to work concession stands at upcoming concerts.
📝 I’ll be posting sign-up links for all upcoming concerts at each venue, so please plan AHEAD and be ready when links go live.
⏰ We need volunteers to sign up AND show up. Last-minute no-shows impact our assignments with the venue and may result in removal from our fundraising program. When you commit, the venue staffs us based on the number of people signed up.
💰 This is a great opportunity to help cover your child’s sports, school, and activity expenses, and we truly appreciate everyone who follows through on their commitment.

We’re excited to share a new fundraising opportunity with All-Stars MD at CFG Bank Arena in Baltimore!

CFG Bank Arena hosts major concerts and events throughout the year, and our organization has been approved to fundraise at upcoming shows. This is a great opportunity to raise funds to support youth and young adults with sports and education-related expenses.

🚨 Mandatory Training Requirement (In Person)

Before we can get started with fundraising at CFG Bank Arena, all volunteers are required to complete mandatory, in-person training. This training is required by the venue and must be completed before you are eligible to work any concerts.

CFG Bank Arena has provided two training dates, and you must attend one of them:

Saturday, January 25 | 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Sunday, January 31 | 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

🎶 Upcoming Concerts & Events

To give you an idea of the types of events we’ll be supporting, the attached image includes the current concert and event schedule at CFG Bank Arena, featuring major artists and shows throughout the year.

I will share specific fundraising amounts and assignments once that information is finalized. For now, my primary focus is getting as many volunteers trained as possible, as the number of trained volunteers helps determine:

What type of concession stand we are assigned

How many fundraising opportunities we can support
