Weโre kicking off the day with a FREE 30-minute HIIT workout to energize your body, followed by a 1-hour waterfront cleanup helping keep Baltimore beautiful. Afterward, stay and connect with the community during happy hour by the water.
Whether you come solo or bring friends, this is your sign to meet new people, move your body, and make a positive impact on the city โ all before noon.

Do I need workout experience to participate?
Not at all. The HIIT class is beginner-friendly and designed for all fitness levels.
Is the event free?
Yes! This is a completely free community event.
Do I have to participate in both the workout and cleanup?
Nope โ youโre welcome to join either portion or stay for the entire experience.
What should I wear?
Athletic or comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended.
Will cleanup supplies be provided?
Yes! Gloves, trash bags, and cleanup tools will all be provided.
Can I bring friends?
Absolutely. The more the merrier โ this event is designed to build community.
Where should I park?
Street parking and nearby paid parking garages are available around Canton Waterfront Park. Arriving early is recommended.
What happens if it rains?
If weather conditions are unsafe, updates will be posted through Eventbrite and social media.
Can I come alone?
Yes! A lot of people attend solo and leave with new friends.
