Wanna know what two things go together?? K9 teams, and maritime training!! Our K9 teams went down to training with our partners to the South!! That’s right our K9 teams have the ability to deploy on both land and water!!

Just a friendly reminder Polk Counties annual Sheriffs Night out is Tuesday August 4th at the Polk County Sheriffs Office. Make sure to bring the whole family out to meet all of our Counties Emergency Services.

When you guys wonder why we do fundraisers? Why are we raising money, so many things are brought up. However one of the things we don’t talk about are things like today. K9 Bane had Broken off a K9 tooth while training. Due to this he made a trip to Veterinary Dentistry Specialists in Maplewood. They were great with our working dogs got an impression and a few short weeks later were able to get the tooth capped with titanium, and stronger than ever. Thank you to all of our huge supporters and our community as all costs were able to be covered by The Polk County K9 Association!!! Some before and after. K9 Bane is healing up well and will be ready for our Sheriffs night out!!

When your vet treats you so good they get you a couch…. Little did K9 Bane know Sgt Eckes does not prefer to sit on the metal K9 exam table!! All joking aside thank you to St Croix Veterinary for always taking care of our pups!!
