TinySuperheroes is honored to welcome Leigh Williams Goodpaster to our Board! ✨
Leigh is a nonprofit leader, fundraising executive, and gratitude evangelist with more than a decade of experience strengthening organizations through relationship driven philanthropy and community engagement. She currently serves as Executive Director of the Williamson Health Foundation, where she partners with healthcare leaders, donors, and volunteers to advance mission focused initiatives that directly impact patients, families, and the broader Middle Tennessee community.
What Leigh brings to TinySuperheroes is heart, intention, and a deep belief in the power of generosity and connection.
Throughout her career, Leigh has led capital and annual campaigns, worked closely with boards, and built stewardship practices that honor donors while deepening trust. She is known for helping organizations tell their stories in ways that inspire meaningful support and bring communities together around shared purpose.
Leigh’s connection to the TinySuperheroes mission is deeply personal. She feels a strong calling to serve in honor of her daughter Maddox, who earned her Angel Squad status in 2019. Her perspective as a mother, leader, and advocate brings extraordinary compassion and purpose to everything she does. Leigh is married to John and is the proud mom of two older daughters, Lauren and Briley, bonus mom to Maggie and Hazel, and she carries her family’s love and strength into every space she enters.
